If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and, where applicable, arrange a refund for any amount already paid.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered using our selected courier partners, including The Courier Guy and Fastway.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, remote delivery locations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds
Our 7-Day Returns & Refunds Policy applies to eligible returns.
For change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If GlammeFab sends the wrong product, we will arrange and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Nothing in our returns policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

All GlammeFab branding, logos, photographs, product images, text, graphics and other website content are owned by GlammeFab or used with permission.
