Refund policy

 Change-of-Mind Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect size.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unworn and unused.
Be unwashed and free from any stains, makeup, perfume or other marks.
Be in its original condition.
Have all original tags and labels attached.
Be returned with any original packaging or accessories supplied with the item.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.

 Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns or incorrect size selections, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to GlammeFab.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as GlammeFab cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

 Incorrect Item Received
If GlammeFab sends you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once confirmed, GlammeFab will arrange and cover the reasonable cost of returning the incorrect item and will send the correct item to you, subject to availability. If the correct item is unavailable, a refund may be provided.

 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is found to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.
Faulty or defective goods will be handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.

 Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.
Please allow the relevant payment provider or bank's processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained or returned without their original tags may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
This does not affect any rights you may have in terms of applicable South African consumer law.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact GlammeFab within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
Your order number.
The item you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Photographs where applicable.
Please do not send items back before your return has been approved and return instructions have been provided.

 Important
The 7-day return policy applies to eligible change-of-mind and size-related returns. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African consumer protection legislation.
GlammeFab reserves the right to assess returned items to ensure that they meet the applicable return conditions.
