At GlammeFab, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Within South Africa

We currently offer delivery within South Africa using trusted courier services, including:

- The Courier Guy
- Fastway Couriers

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking information where available so that you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

GlammeFab cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.

Courier Delays

Although we work with trusted courier companies, GlammeFab cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

If your order is delayed in transit, we will assist you in communicating with the relevant courier company to help resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact GlammeFab as soon as possible and provide photographs of the parcel and its contents.

We will assist with the matter and, where applicable, liaise with the courier company.

Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

3–5 working days

Delivery timeframes may be longer for remote areas or during exceptionally busy periods, sales, public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.
